Welcome to CBT with Rosanna. As a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, I am passionate and dedicated in helping you overcome your challenges and in increasing your overall confidence and wellbeing. I provide high intensity personalised cognitive behavioural therapy to address your needs and help empower you to make positive changes in your life, equipping you with lifelong skills to bring about lasting change. 

Therapy online and in person 

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, DBT - informed therapy, EMDR. 

I use evidence-based approaches, in line with NICE (National Institute of Clinical Excellence) guidelines to help treat presenting problems. Given that every individual presents with their own unique challenges, needs and goals, my emphasis is on ensuring therapy is personalised, so that it works for you. Evidence has shown that the therapeutic relationship within the therapy process is pivotal to driving change (Flückiger et al., 2018). I therefore want the therapy to feel like it works for you and am therefore always receptive to feedback to ensure this.
